The shop inherit Japanese eternal history.

The shop has a　history of  330 years . 

They  manufacture and sell Buddhist sacred books  

which are individually printed using the wooden printing block.  

The name of a shop  is "Baiyou Shoin" located at Nijo Street 

and Kiyamachi Street . The picture of Buddhist is displayed at the shop front  which  draw people's  attention, and  inside the shop  display a lot of Buddhism -related books . You will see  traditional beauty and Japanese deep culture from each books and pictures . The attraction has　a sense of existence at the present time than ever in the past .　They have been  keeping  tradition using the wooden printing blocks  in long history of Japan .   The shop owner , Mr. Kawamura　says "We are supported by customers that's why we were able to keep a shop for a long time. I think we have a role and responsibility to transmit a tradition to posterity .” They are so kind and Warm correspondence for customers . When you visit this shop ,you will feel Warmth of heart together with Japanese deep culture and Traditional beauty.
