Shimizu Ippoen is a tea shop. They pioneered  introducing organic Japanese tea and Taiwanese tea in Japan. The president of Shimizu Ippoen, Mr. Kazumasa Shimizu thinks that tea is an important Japanese culture which helps family members to enjoy each other's company.  He continues working with tea farmers and trying to introduce reliable, safe and good quality tea. Mr. Hiraku Shimizu, a son of Mr. Kazumasa, is resposible for a Kyoto head shop and cafe. He is challenging to develop his family business while working together with his father and mother. You will be greated by the Shimizu family and shop assistants with warm hospitality and drink tea, eat sweets and feel relieved.
